A: Lifetime points are the total points you have accumulated from your participation in the Program, inclusive of the points you used to redeem rewards.

A: This is actually your current points. This balance tells you how many points are available to redeem a reward.

A: No, points are non-transferable.

A: Your points will expire when this campaign ends .We will send out notifications to remind you, so stay tuned!
Q: How do I know which rewards are available?
A: After logging in, go to "Rewards" to check what items are available. Rewards are based on a first come, first serve basis.
Q: How do I redeem a reward?
A: Simply go to the "Rewards" page to check which items you are able to redeem with the points you have. Choose an item, input your delivery details, submit your request, then wait for your reward to be delivered to your doorstep.
Q: Is there a limit to the quantity of rewards I can redeem?
A: You can only redeem one reward per day, but as long as you have sufficient points, you can use them to redeem the available items on the rewards page.
Q: When can I expect to receive the rewards I redeem?
A: This is subject to local delivery conditions. If there are no unusual delays, you can expect to receive your item within 3-4 weeks. Kindly note however, that we reserve the right to withhold deliveries for suspected fraud accounts or incomplete delivery information.
